Official Merger Notice

Goodson and Manley Law & Legacies PLLC, is officially announcing the merger with Durfee Law group. We are excited to reunite with Rick Durfee who was a partner in the firm Goodson, Manley and Durfee, PLLC years ago. Rick left that firm as a young attorney to start his own firm. Over the years Rick made my father very proud as he carried on the practices he learned from my father and showed incredible entrepreneurial skills.

Durfee Law Group has continued to grow.  Rick has taken what my father and I built to a new level of service and long term stability. We call this program “the 500 year legacy plan”.

Rick is one of the best estate and business attorneys in the country. He speaks all over the United States and abroad. His firm has a large support team including a tax attorney. They have all of the components necessary to address the complexity of the modern estate and business plan.

Our practice has also continued to grow and change in response to the ever-changing needs of our clients. We are so pleased to combine the 70 year legacy started by my father with the leading technology necessary to service our clients now and for the future. We are so proud of this rock-solid team and we stand ready to address all of your estate and business planning needs.

Now you can visit us at our current location at 5040 North 40th Street, Suite 200, Phoenix Arizona, or you can visit us at the current location of Durfee Law Group in Mesa. In the near future, we plan on opening a location in Scottsdale or Paradise Valley to make visiting our offices convenient for all of our clients valley-wide. Rest assured that our main priority is to make any transitions as simple as possible for our clients. Thank you so much for your continued support of my family and I for these many years. It has been such a joy to foster the relationships started by my father so many years ago into the next generation, and we are looking forward to continuing that tradition for generations to come. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you want to remain as clients of Goodson Manley Law & Legacies, which will become Durfee Law Group.  We shall keep you in the loop as we make this incredible journey.
